Refund Policy

Because readings involve dedicated time and preparation, completed sessions are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 12 hours before your appointment and we will happily move it to a mutually suitable time.

In case of technical issues on our end that prevent your reading from taking place, a full refund or free re-booking will be offered.
